My Little AppsTerms of use
Plain and short: the apps are free, what you make is yours, and you are responsible for the songs, pictures and voices you put in.
1. The service
My Little Apps (mylittleapps.pages.dev) is a free, personal, non-commercial project by Branislav Kuga. You can use the apps without an account and without paying. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. What you make is yours
Pictures, videos, melodies, sheet music and sound files you create with the apps belong to you. You may keep them, share them and publish them, including on social media and in your own projects.
3. Use content you have the rights to
When you use a song, a picture or a voice recording in an app, you confirm that you have the right to use it. If you publish a video made from someone else's song or picture, the rights of that song or picture still belong to their owners, and platforms such as YouTube or Instagram may apply their own copyright rules. Record or upload only your own voice, or a voice you have permission to use.
4. Instrument sounds
The instrument recordings used in Melodentity and Rosonata are free samples licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 (see Credits). If you publish music or videos made with them, it's good practice to mention them, for example: "Instrument sounds: VSCO 2 Community Orchestra / Salamander Grand Piano (CC BY 3.0)".
5. Fair use of the site
Please don't try to break, overload or misuse the site. The code of the apps is visible in your browser; the design, texts, names and images of the site belong to Branislav Kuga and may not be republished as your own.
6. No guarantee
The apps are provided "as is", for fun and creativity. I do my best to keep them working, but I can't guarantee that they will work in every browser or on every device, that they are free of errors, or that they will always be available. Features such as video export depend on your browser.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the site, including lost files, failed exports or how you use what you create.
8. Links to other sites
The site links to my other projects and to services such as Ko-fi and YouTube. Those sites have their own terms.
9. Changes and law
These terms may be updated; the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
